Question: Name vegetables that will remain hard/crunchy after slight boil in hot water!?
umm!.!.!. i'm trying to make "crunchy veggie fried rice", but all i can come up with is carrot -__-!.!.!. soo if you guys know any, please reply!.!.!. oh yeah,, i'm trying to get veggies that are common and not that strong in taste (i want to create a refreshing taste)!.!.!.!.

But why boil!? Steam them in the microwave, then wok-fry!.
