: Should you season meat before or after cooking ?!

Question: : Should you season meat before or after cooking !?
Answers:
Never season meat before grilling, frying or browning, as salt draws out the precious juices you're trying to keep in (but do remember to season before serving)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Always season meat before cooking, either marinade or combine the ingredients and rub them in!. You can even get fancy and infuse the ingredients with a syringe like thing they sell at kitchen stores!. THin meant cook hot and fast, thick meat cook slow and long!. Not, always but a good rule of thumb:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

i always do it before ,then re season to my Personal taste after,Always allow room for improvement ,it gives a sense of freedom to the diner to be allowed to perfect the dish you served!.you just sit back and enjoy your Triumph!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before!.!. seasoning it before and then cooking it with the seasoning on it makes the seasoning melt and blend into the meat!. If you season it after, it will just sit on top, like how when you put salt on something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season it before cooking that way it will retain the seasoning better!. If you are marinating then the longer it stays marinating the better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

what ever you want to do!. Some say salt will dry out meat but I feel that cooking it to death does that!. I do as I please when I cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season before unless SALT is involved!.
Salt dries meat out, and should be added at serving time- never before that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

always season before so when you cook it, the juices soak in the flavorWww@FoodAQ@Com
