How can l test that eggs are fresh ?!

if you bought that egg at a grocery store, fresh isn't even in its vocabulary any more!. Follow the use by date or crack that baby onto a plate!. If the white runs flat and leaves the yolk standing alone, you got one thats got some age to it because a fresh egg will be all together and the white will stand right up there with the yolk!. Actually eggs have a very long shelf life in the fridge!. Some old miners back in the gold mining days of Alaska would keep them 6 months or more and just turn them over now and then!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
There are 2 ways that I know of, 1 get a bowl of water preferably cool or room temp!. If the egg floats its bad if it sinks its still good to use!. The other is when they spin on their side!. if they spin evenly they are good and if they wobble while spinning its time to throw away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you put an egg in a bowl of water and it sinks, it's good!. If it floats, it's bad!. If it stands on end, it's marginally good (USE NOW)!.
