What to drink too kick my soda addiction?!
Don't know if it's happened to you, but I'm addicted to soda!. Honestly, I'll be drinking one even if I'm not thirsy (I'll drink a 24 pack in a few days)!. What can I do to kick this habit!? Even now, I'm thinking about drinking one, but resisting!.!.!.!.I'm trying to get into great shape, and soda is really hurting my efforts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Frescia is still a soda!. although it is made with real fruit juice, it is a soda!.
lemonade is good, but also has a lot of acid in it!. As is Pineapple, Orange, and Grapefruit juice!.

I've cut out the Pop by drinking Club Soda instead!. I still get that "carbonation" burn that quenches my thirst, while cutting out all the sugars, and artificial ingredients!.
I "up" the health factor in my beverage by adding LOTS of fresh lime!. You could use lemons as well if you prefer!.

Good!.!.im in the same position dude!.!.!.just drink 1 like once a week if u want but switch to water!.!.i know, it's a dramatic change!.!.but thats wat i did and it DID work 4 me!.!.!.but u will feel withdraw cuz it IS a drug!.!.!.my symptoms were like my hands shaking like i had just quit crack or something !.!.!.but it waz short lived and im glad I shook the habit!.!.but mountain dew WAS my crack!! i drink a lot of vitamin water and propel and the like because my parents stopped buying coke!. it hleps me not want it as badly!. i did it mostly for the caffine though, so now i drink coffe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
i had the same problem!. the company jones makes soda flavored candy!. or u can eat wonka's bottle caps which are also soda flavored!. dont drink diet soda cuz it has tons of bad chemicalsWww@FoodAQ@Com
You're going to have to slowly cut back because of caffine withdrawl headaches, tylonal will probably be your best friend!. Try healther drinks like cyrstal light, or zero carb powerade!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I did Crystal lite!. I personally just love taste so I hate water!. Crystal lite is kinda cheap if you buy store brand or find sales, it's easy to make and will give you flavor without caffine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

most sodas (even lemonades) contain caffeine, so avoid them!.
to begin with, make the decision to stop buying it!. you may find the going difficult for a few days, but it is easier to resist the product at the store, than when its sitting in your house!
as a former smoker i know that i cannot have just one cigarette!.
out of necessity i assumed the viewpoint of extremes (with nothing in between) of either smoking a pack a day, or not smoking at all, because of the escalating nature of addiction, in which; the more the substance is consumed, the more it is craved & so on!.!.
it is important to keep this in mind once we are clear of our addictions, because dangerous thinking can lead to a pitfall!.
the confidence that recovery builds can give us a false sense that we have conquered our addictions in such a way that we can toy with them!.

if you must have caffiene, try making a refreshing iced tea with lemon & honey, to gently wean off it!.
!.!.or try 1 Tblsp apple cider vinegar with honey mixed in water; it is a very healthful drink-it will give you more of a buzz than any soda pop!
you may also benefit from buying a urinary alkaliser such as citravescent, which contains baking soda, (available from chemists) to regulate the acidity caused by excessive amounts of sugar (which can rob calcium from your bones)!. these drinks contain electrolytes, like gatorade (but minus the testicle-shrinking brominated oils lol)
but the apple cider vinegar will help reduce acidity also!.
even if you cant kick your habit, you can minimize damage by steering clear of artificial diet flavours, as the chemicals can be very harmful!.
also, take a look at how your addiction developed!. do you watch a lot of tv!? when we watch tv we open ourselves to being programmed by the will of advertisers!.
dont forget the most important aspect of life is to look after your soul, which never dies!.
