Answers:
Cole slaw has a base of cabbage and carrots with vinegar and mostly mayonnaise taste and has a sweetness to it!. Sauerkraut has the base of cabbage and has been in a vinegar brine, like pickles and is very sower!. If you love dill pickles, you will like sauerkraut, although sauerkraut is stronger in taste than dill pickles!. Cole slaw is served cold!. Sauerkraut should be served warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cole slaw if fresh cabbage, chopped and served with mayonnaise, some lemon juice!.
Sauerkraut is cabbage preserved in a vinegar brine!.
To make, it should be rinsed and cooked (boiled) with a smoked ham hock!. Done right, it is very good, and you won't taste the vinegar at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cole Slaw and Sauerkraut have very different taste!. To start one is cold and the other is hot, both have cabbage as a common ingredient but taste totally different!.
I personally like SauerkrautWww@FoodAQ@Com
