Question: Where can I buy mechanically separated turkey pieces like restaurants use!?
I think this is a better choice to cook for Thanksgiving dinner than cooking a whole bone in turkeyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I am a former chef and never saw those ever, we did buy turkey parts and they are not mechanically separated, they cut them up in the processing plant and are done by the workers and are cut into the primal cuts, breasts, legs, thighs and wings, I like turkey necks for stews and a stock component in the gravy, your better off buying a turkey and doing at home yourself, as a number of packages of part will add up to more than the whole bird itself!.

Even buy a fresh one and have the butcher at the store cut it for you, it will be less in the long run, even get a frozen one and do it at home!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
