Bread yeast in hard cider.?!

Question: Bread yeast in hard cider!.!?
I've got a batch brewing right now!. I started it today and about 5 hours into it, the yeast was working hard!. This makes sense because bread yeast is meant to act fast!.

So the question is, should I adjust the brew time too!? The recipe I'm using calls for brewing for a week, but that's with wine yeast or a starter!. So should I finish the brewing at 2 - 3 days instead!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could possibly take it out earlier, but allowing it to set longer may produce stronger alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

making hard cider is just like making wine, put it in a jug that you can slip a balloon over the top,let it set in a dark kinda cool place,it will ferment & the balloon will expand, when the balloon goes down ( on its own) its ready to bottle, let it age for about 3-4months for the best taste,NOTE: after you put balloon over the top dont not remove it until it has gone down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure!. I make hard cider my actually pressing the apples and then letting it set!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
