You should use a tender cut of meat!. I would use tenderloin if it's a special occaision!. Use sirloin if it's not, or you can buy a nice grilling steak, like a boneless ribeye or strip steak!. Any cut that is labelled on the package that it's for grilling is fine!. Don't get anything that says it's for stew or for braising, like a roast!. These cuts are tough and require long cooking times to become tender!. You can get skirt steak (like what is used for fajitas), but you will have to marinate it to make it less tough!. i have actually used skirt steak or round steak!. i like the skirt steak better!.!.!.
go to the meat counter at butcher and ask them for some, they even put it thru a tenderizer for you!.!.!.so when ya get home all ya gota do is cut it up some and toss it in!.!.!.it comes out yummy and super tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
