yeah, you can look up negative calorie foods, there are a few that have so few calories that you burn more than you intake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that depends what your doing when your eating it!? Sitting still, then no, afraid not, walking though, yes!. As celery is such a low calorie amount you can burn it off whilst walking so your eating nothing basically as your burning it off so quickly as well as others!.
Its more of a mind over matter thing, your brain says your eating so your body will become full, eventhough it has hardly any calories!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

yeah it is, you wont notice much difference until you have eaten like absolute loads of the stuff, then you might see a slight change!. I hate the stuff anyway though!
