Question: Has anyone ever had 'Space Ice cream'!?
i don't know the real name for it but when i was in elementary school we went on a field trip to a science center and they had ice cream that the astronauts ate!. i thought it was pretty good, but alot of people didn't like it!. does anyone know what its called and where, if you can, buy some!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's called all sorts of things by different people - space ice cream, astronaut ice cream - technically it is freeze dried ice cream!.

It's a favorite of many and actually very cheap!. You can get often it at science museums or outdoors stores - if you don't have any of those handy - you can check out

well, there are two kinds of space ice cream one of them is
-dippin dots- and the other is
-freeze dried ice cream- there is no real specific name for -freeze dried ice cream- just different pictures for the packages!.

My daughter used to have some!. It came in a foil package!. You can sometimes find it at specialty candy stores!. It is basically "freeze dried ice cream"Www@FoodAQ@Com
