Why do bread loaves come in an uneven number of slices?!


Question: Why do bread loaves come in an uneven number of slices!?
im just finishing off my loaf and minus the 2 garbage pieces on the end theres 1 extra slice!. ive only made sandwhiches with the loaf so wtf now i cant make another sandwhichWww@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
All bread is sold by weight, not by slices!. If one loaf is slightly longer or shorter depending on the size, then you will get more or you will get less slices accordingly!.

the other day i read an articel about some loaves makn 8 sandwhichs and others ten!.!.!.the average number of slices in a loaf is 24(apparently)thats not counting the heels!.

They do it just to piss people off!. It's some bread industry inside joke!. Just make a half snadwich and deal with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
