Hai.what are the fruits to be taken to become fat?!
iam thin and weak,19 years will turn on in this month ,i can spend rupees 10 a day please give me a suggestion to get any food which make me enough fat(or) to become medium fat person!.please suggest me a diet !. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello dear Anil, so you want to add weight to look fat!. In fact, to be a fat is not good for health!. Most important is that you should be healthy, feel healthy and look healthy!. In fact, it is your skin which reflects what you eat!. Your daily budget of Rs!.10 is limited but my answer will be keeping in view your budget!. Frankly, eating anything more is also no good for your body, for example, if you eat more bananas, it is not good for your stomach bcz instead of increasing your weight it will create constipation for you, which can give you stomach problems!. It is a rule of thumb that if one wants to reduce weight, one should consume less calories and if one wants to add weight, one should increase calories and that also limited calories, e!.g!. around 500 calories or so!. Most of the people, they add weight bcz they eat dinner and go to bed, this not only adds weight but also give some kind of gastric problems if continued for long time!. Since you want to know about fruits, which can increase weight, the list is as follows: Mangoes, grapes, apples, pine apples, and other fruits which are loaded with more sugar/sweet!.
