What would you say to my 3 meals a day?!

a sandwich for dinner
and green beans and carrots for tea

Certainly not enough calories!. If it's hard for you to eat a lot at once, try having six small meals a day!. That's what I do and it works great! If you don't eat enough calories, your metabolism will slow down and you won't have energy!. Trust me, I know this firsthand!. I'm recovering from anorexia and having proper nutrition has literally made me a new person!Www@FoodAQ@Com
What kind of diet are you on!? You need to try to integrate more fruit into your diet!. And realize, the healthier you eat, the more you can eat without getting fat!. Don't be scared to eat five times a day! Just make sure you're eating really healthy stuff!.!.!.lots of pure protein, raw veggies and fruit!Www@FoodAQ@Com
thats not enough!. your body needs 1500-2500 calories a day, that looks like less than 1000!. you will not be getting enough protein, vitamins and other nutrients, and your body will start to show it!.

Thats pretty boring and seriously not delicious!. Do some fruits in the morning then something good and meaty for lunch and then something super meaty for dinner along with some fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
