Veal is a delicate meat!. There is no need to pound it!. Schnitzel is usually coated with breadcrumbs and gently fried!. Because of that form of cooking it will be high in calories!. Many restaurants don't use veal these days!. They use another cheaper meat such as pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
