What foods have Gluten in?!

Question: What foods have Gluten in!?
Hi all I need to know which foods have Gluten in them, as I think I am intolerant to it!. Whenever I eat it I bloat out and get immediate indigestion!. However I need to have a week free of it before the doc will order a allergy test!.
Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Gluten comes from wheat, so anything containing wheat or flour will contain gluten, so you will need to avoid bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits, unless they are made with gluten free flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is a directory you can get after you have been diagnosed with coileac, but until then Im afraid you will have to check everything you eat, anything including wheat or wheat starch, rusks, semolina and malt vinigar will contain gluten also any drinks that are cloudy will probably contain it!.

Good luck and be carefull of cross contamination;)Www@FoodAQ@Com
