Answers:
This isn't so much a suggestion of what to eat so much as just a suggestion!.

A ton of grocery stores these days are starting to build Health Markets directly inside of their stores!. In Hy-Vee grocery stores, for example, they're located by the pharmacy!.

This section will have your organic, gluten free, egg free, soy, tofu, etc products in it!. You could try finding a store with a health market in it!. In Hy-Vee there are actually in-store dieticians that can help you come up with menus specifically for your wants/needs!.

I suggest you call around and see if any grocery stores near you have a health market or a dietician to help you find the right foods!. You'll be surprised how many things you can eat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you go to health food stores like whole foods they have a huge section just for gluten free, wheat free and dairy free foods!. A lot of them taste really good, also if you look online there are a lot of good websites that offer dietary restricted mixes (cake, cookies etc!.!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this website, it has a lot of recipes that do not use these ingredients or have replacements for them:
http://www!.authenticfoods!.com/recipes/re!.!.!.

Here is one of the better links on the site:

Are you vegetarian too!?
Salads, sandwich wraps, rice!.
A lot of health food stores have gluten free products!.
Rice/Potato are also good substitutes!.
