Drinking instead of eating?!
I was just wondering if i drank (no added sugar) juice or water when i feel like i want to snack would this help me to loose weight!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds risky what you are proposing to do!. Your blood sugar levels will reduce leaving you weak and shaky!.
Try fruit or a yogurt when you want to snack!.
Get plenty of exercise!. Try walking more!. Walk up stairs rather than taking the lift!. Cycle where possible!. Exercise will help enormously in your efforts to loose weight and the weight will stay off!. You can do this for short periods of time!. I suggest drinking protein shakes, you can buy them already made or make your own!. Buy vanilla protein powder from GNC or health food store - then use 1 or two fresh fruits that you like 1 scoop of protein to 16 oz of water and your fruit in a blender!. You should take a multi vitamin each day you do this!. Drink for breakfast, lunch and then have dinner or reverse!.

u be actually detoxing your body getting rid of the toxins that are making it hard to lose weight but its not healthy to just do that your body needs vitamins and protein and fats try a light eatting diet
grilled chicken salads cherry tomatoes onions
have an ounce of nuts a day
have a hard boiled egg for snack
eat fresh fruit such as apple or banana
drink plenty of water no flavor drinks
drink herbal tea
eat less carbs
try to have 3 whole grains
bake a potato and eat as is
or
steam some broccoli
or eat some carrots raw or steamed baby kind
eat fish like salmon or tuna
try to keep a diary and count your calories
1200 cals a week helps you lose 1-2 pounds a week
no lower tho will make u sick
eat cottage cheese 1 percent
drink soy milk or have a fat free yogurt 6-8oz for a snack
make yogurt parfait with a yogurt and granola on top
don't use condiments or butter
eat oatmeal for breakfast or eggs or whole wheat toast or multi grain english muffin with a piece of fruit and tea or water

That's basically like starving your self so yep i suppose it would work!. It would be hard to keep up though coz you are not giving your body all the things it needs to function, you would end up looking like the kids in africa with fat stomachs due to lack of protine !.!.dont try it !Www@FoodAQ@Com
