Answers:
Meat has hormones, antibiotics, and other chemicals (of course farmer inject them with these things)!. Meat is more likely to lead to cancers, hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, heart disease and obesity (among other things)!.

Vegetarians live 6-7 years longer than meat eaters!. There is a sufficient amount of protein found in green vegetables (how do you think cows get their protein!?)!. Protein is found in all beans of every kind!. You can and do live a healthier lifestyle by letting meat go!.

However, I have met some unhealthy vegetarians!. Their diet may not consist of meats, but a lot of cheeses, eggs, milk, (all three could have hormones, antibiotics and other chemicals too because they come from animals), and sugars (especially if they consume white bread and white rice)!. They are obese, have heart problems, etc!. So if you are going to choose a healthier diet, vegan is the best way!. They don't eat any animal products of any kind!. They limit their sugar intake or substitute it!. They eat mostly fruits and vegetables, brown rice, and brown breads (anything whole grain)!.

Vegetarians just have to be careful how much and what they put in their body!. I eat eggs, but only from free chicken, that don't have any kind of chemicals or antibiotics!. And also, vegetarians/vegans need to be careful of process foods!. There are a lot of vegetarian frozen foods that are loaded with MSGs, fat, sodium, and other chemicals!. If you are going to eat this, then you might as well keep eating meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like everything else, moderation is the key!. The human body is designed to digest meat, despite what some vegenazis want you to believe!. However, not in large quantities!. Most Americans eat too much meat!. I try to limit myself to less than one serving a day!. Ancient man was an omnivorous hunter-gatherer, and evolution has not changed that for us!. What has changed is the availability of food, and that leads to over-eating!. Moderation in all things!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I feel eating large amounts of red meat can be harmful to ones health- red meat once a week is fine-

I myself will but a high quality piece of meat every three months (like fillet Mignon) and grill- I eat copious amounts of fish, and to a lessor degree chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
