What taste better Duck or Turkey?!
Answers:
I like turkey because I think duck tastes kind of greasy!. also I like everything that goes along with the turkey better than the actual turkey!. I love the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy!. Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
It really depends what you're looking for!.
Turkey tends to be a bit more filling (since there's usually more meat on a turkey than a duck), and it goes together with things that you would associate with Thanksgiving!. It can be served a variety of different ways, but the most common (and in my opinion the best) are the ones with some sort of stuffing to make it moist!. Turkey also tends to take on the flavor of what it's stuffed with, since it is fairly bland by itself!.
Duck tends to be more oily and therefore more flavorful in itself, and is usually served with some kind of glaze (the one that comes to mind that is really common is orange glaze)!. It is more firm than turkey, but its not necessarily tough if it's cooked right!. Food critics generally say duck tastes better, but that may be a function of it being served more ornately than turkey!.
Cost is another thing to keep in mind!. Duck is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than turkey!. Duck is ~$2/lb, and turkey is ~$1/lb!.
I prefer duck, but there are plenty of people who choose turkey!. Hope all that info helps, but if you wanna make a really informed decision you should really taste them both!. Good luck!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

In the hands of a good cook, duck will taste better, but a family of four will be lucky to get one meal out of a duck, whereas a family of four eating a turkey, they will probably get three meals out of it!.
Duck has a lot of fat content!. Cooking it correctly is essential!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I prefer turkey because duck is too fatty tasting!. There is also a thing called turducken which is meats (I think breasts) of turkek, duck and chicken rolled together!. You just cook it together!. Hmmm!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Duck has greasy/oily skin!. Turkey is better!. I don't eat meat, but when I did, I had tried both!. If I still ate meat, I'd go for the turkey!. But there are benefits to being a vegetarian!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
