Are there any recipes using milk that's a little "off"?!
It's not spoiled yet, but it's starting to get a little lumpy!. I would like not to have to throw out an entire quart!. Is there anything I can use it in, baking, or whatever!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it is lumpy it's already spoiled and is probably beginning to have whey on the top!. Smell the milk and if it has a "funky" smell it's spoiled; taste it and if it tastes "funky" it is spoiled!. If it were me, I would toss it rather than run the risk of getting sick from using it!. A quart of fresh milk isn't that expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
bake something, or anything that you can use with boiled milk, otherwise if it's getting lumpy its probably not a good idea to useWww@FoodAQ@Com
