Can I satisfy my sweet tooth without eating sweets?!
I don’t know what has been going on with me, but I crave something sweet after I eat lunch and dinner… especially after dinner!. I have been giving in and buying a couple cookies here, some ice cream there, but this is a dangerous path!. I still want to eat or drink something sweet after lunch and dinner, but what!? I don’t want to keep buying junk and eating it…!. It’s not good for either my wallet or my body!.

Eat all the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cantaloupes that you want!. These are all seasonal fruits which do go up in price during the winter months of course!. So, I suggest that you eat Fuji apples, bananas and lot's and lot's of water!. Water contains fluoride which will help to keep your teeth white and supplement your hunger as well!. Try one small piece of super good quality chocolate (truffle or dark chocolate) followed by an unsweetened drink (coffee, tea, soda water)!. It really doesn't take much to calm the sugar craving and the drink gives you the impression of volume and makes the moment last!. Cheap chocolate doesn't work!. It may not be what you fancy, but try some fruit, something like a ripe banana or some fresh juicy pineapple!. It may be enough to satisfy the sugar cravings!. Don't go for artificial sweeteners, they really won't do the trick and they are not good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit is sweet!. Strawberries, bananas, other berries!. Even that in moderation though!.!.!.!. high carbs with fruit, but at least it's healthier carbs than pure sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
