Is milk actually good for you?!
Ive been hearing alot of conflicting stuff on milk, like it makes people get osteoporisis, or only raw unpastuerised milk is good for you etc!.!.!.

Milk is good for you yes and no your body needs calcium at a young age to help build bones!. So you don't get osteoporosis!. Milk is good for you, if you're pregnant, because the baby is using your calcium for their bones!. But as you get older a lot about is not good for you needs to be drank in moderation!. And I do love a cold glass of milk and cookies!. Some people are lactose intolerance!. They cannot digest cow's milk!. And have to drink a different type of chemical structured milk!. unpasteurized milk is not good for you!. especially in younger children and elderly people!. pasteurization is the process used to kill and reduce the numbers of bacteria in milk so its safe to drink!.

my doctor says that in our age milk doesnt give a lot of calcium anymore!.we only get a little from milk!.so it's better to eat calcium suplement than drink milk everyday!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well It has Calcuim And Strengthens your bones!. But you kinda need to drink lowfat milk or it could be fatteing!. The Diesease's you could get, Umm im not completly sure!.!. Maybe this will help Www@FoodAQ@Com
