carbs in morning puffed wheat organic cereal 8 cups
lunch banana 2 eggs blue diamond or all natural almonds an ounce
snack apple and cheese 2 slices of kraft singles or pollyo twist
plenty of herbal tea or regular and water
i'm 21 toned thin and healthy

I eat a balanced meal as should everyone!. I already write down what I eat for my own benefit and do not plan on sharing it with the world!. See no point in that!. Who cares!? My weight is also no ones business and bet if people write it here it will be a lie most of the time!. An for my age I am active but see no point in this part either!. For breakfast I usually have toast!.
I skip lunch!.
For dinner, I'd have some potatoes, meat, vegetables!.

I'm 17, 5'6", and 115 pounds!. I don't know how many calories I eat a day, but I do eat a lot!. I row crew so I burn a lot!. What I eat is healthy though; I don't like sweets!Www@FoodAQ@Com
