A healthier way to drink coffee?!


Question: A healthier way to drink coffee!?
I've started drinking 1 cup of coffee in the morning to help me get through the day!. I just add coffee to hot water, add milk, and a spoonful of sugar!. I'm concerned about the sugar but I don't like coffee without the sweetness!. Is there another substitute!? preferably not aspartame, and those other fake sugars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use raw sugar, or stevia!.!.!. these are natural but aren't as bad for you!. In the case of stevia, it's a powerful sweetener that you use by the drop!. You will need very little in your coffee - probably less than one drop!.

To person above me: vanilla soy milk won't do anything!.!.!. it might be sweet but that sweetness comes from the same sugar you add to the coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds like you're drinking instant coffee, which is no wonder you need sweetner, haha!. If you make coffee in a coffee maker, add some cinnamon to the ground coffee!. You'll need MUCH less sugar, and over time, probably none at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just don't drink coffee!.!.!.it's a bad habit and can contribute to health problems!.!.!.its better not to start, but once u do it's hard to quit, so just try it and see!.!.!.don't give in to your addiction! i'm sure u can make it thru the day w/o coffee because i do! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
