Answers:
If you want foods that have the highest protein content steer towards fish and eggs, but, remember that are also high in cholesterol so they have a down side as well!. Whey protein is awesome as well and is relatively cheap for what you get!. You can get it at GNC and its just pure protein with no down side or extra substances!. Stay away from creatine supplements!. Your body produces this naturally and an excess of this can actually do more harm than good!. You also want to stay away from beer because it's dehydrates your blood, which repairs your muscles post-workout, and is fatty (it's called a beer gut for a reason)!. also try to avoid red meats!. They are harder for your stomach to digest causing it to pull blood from your muscles, which in turn slows your recovery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs are very high in protein and very healthy for you!. Lean meats are very good also!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
