Always hungry....Any ideas?!
Are there any foods people can eat to make them less hungry!?!?Or make their stomach stop growling!. I have a realy high metabolism and i burn fat off quick!. So, i'm always hungry!. Any ideas!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I get hungry, I usually just chew a piece of gum!. Otherwise, I eat a small snack like some carrots or anything healthy like that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
well since you have a high metabolism you don't necesarilly need to worry about eating constantly!.
Include wholegrains, wholegrain bread, rice, pasta any good carbs into your diet
for example:
Breakfast- Porridge with almonds, chopped banana and some brown sugar!.
snack- a handfull of unsalted nuts
Lunch- Sandwich (eat multigrain bread or rye not white) fill it up with some chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado with mayonaise
snack- 10 whole grain crackers with some low fat cottage cheese or low fat peanut butter
Dinner- Anything to do with pasta wether it be spaghetti bolognaise, lasagna just whatever
desert- A pice of fruit loaf with some yogurt or ice cream

When you eat your meal have a smaller portion but eat very slowly, this helps you to feel more full!. Have a small portion every 3-5 hours if you fell hungry in the middle then have one piece of fruit and water!. :)

Fruits and veggies!. Oranges, apples, grapes, celery, carrots!. If it is crunchy and has fibre, then it is a good choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually drink tea at night when I'm still hungry (if I ate a sizable meal already)!. Candy cane tea tastes like you're eating something! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eat more filling foods with carbs and eat less sugary foods!.
