Sometimes, if a salad comes with a meal, they include those bitter "spring greens" in it!. I don't particularly care for them!. But, I know they're good for me and I eat them anyway!.

also, I used to get these chef salads at the cafeteria at work that included bleu cheese!. I think bleu cheese tastes like puke!. But, since it was kind of mixed in and hard to separate out, I would eat it anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not exactly a fan of the taste of raw carrots, but I still eat them =)
