Answers:
If you don't want to go to a lot of trouble, frozen fruit is a good buy!. But often, an even more cost-effective strategy is to find a grocery or market that caters to ethnic cuisines, or another seller that stocks bulk goods!. They will usually have large bins of whatever fruit is in season, priced affordably, so you can get a lot of whatever is ripe at the time!. You can freeze what you don't eat right away, so that you can have some variety!.

Taking this one step further, you could go to "U-Pick" places in fruit season and freeze what you pick!. These prices are usually great, but then there's a bit more hassle!.

If you don't really need variety, but just want to eat more fruit, a simple suggestion is: just eat bananas!. They are very, very cheap, if you get them in hands at the grocery and not one at a time at a convenience store or the like!. And if they are the only fruit you eat, they won't go bad before you've finished them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to buy frozen fruit because it's pretty inexpensive and you can do a lot of things with them!. I like to use it in smoothies instead of ice cubes, or let it thaw and have it with yogurt or cottage cheese!. I usually buy strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, and peaches!. frozen melon like cantaloupe are not very good!.

As far as fresh fruit goes, I usually look for what is on sale, and just buy a few of each item, enough to have something each day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, canned will probably be the cheapest!. Go to the grocery store, use coupons, use weekly deals!. Fresh fruit is usually pretty expensive, but better than canned or frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

go to jasmin plaza or when your local store has to much and they put the prices down they will be cheapWww@FoodAQ@Com
