Answers:
Um no!.!.!. where are your vegetables!? Where is your protein!? Yea, you had an egg sandwich but that egg was probably totally processed and had like a GRAM of protein in it!.!.!. It looks like you had a lot of sugar in your diet today along with processed carbs and hidden ingredients you need to watch out like excess salt and hydrogenated oils and corn syrup!.!.!. You really need to clean this up! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm also trying to loose weight and according to my doctor, since my last visit I lost 4 lbs! I was so happy!. As for the sweets, it's just self discipline!. Yeah, I want everything in the bakery section in the store, but I more determined to loose weight!. The only thing you didn't eat that you need to is a vegetable!. Eat a dark green salad!. The darker a food is, the healthier it is!. So rye bread is healthier than white bread!. And brown rice is healthier that white rice and so on!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was ok but I aet somuch better 3day and i am 197 pounds and i am on a diet and i aet granola and a apple for breakfast
a penut butter samwitch w some milk with a saltine cracker

for snack some oven baked cheetoes!.!.(i know but i luv dem!)
for dinner a salad with a lttle cup of soup!.,,,,mmmmm it was goood i had desert witch was some bannana bread ok tthats it try to eat like that/Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmm perhaps you can start by eliminating the peanut butter from the banana!. you can also cut everything you eat in half!. drinking only water and not soda or sugary drinks is a great way to start :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely need some veggies and salad!. If you had replaced the Thai Noodles/Clam chowder with a big salad with some chicken on top that could be a bit better!. Lots of water - that's really good!. Keep that up!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No thats perfectly fine!.!.!. i know its hard to give up sweets right away!.!.!.just stay on this path, and most impoortantly if you wanna lose weight fast i mean fast exercise at least forty mins!. day!!

you can do it!

definitely keep up the good work!.!.!. let me know how it all works out ;^)Www@FoodAQ@Com

that is a pretty good diet! i mean munching on sweets occasionally isn't bad!. maybe you should cut back on the carbs (white bread, white rice, pastries, etc!.), they make you gain weight more easily!. the good thing about your diet is that you drink plenty of water! not only does a healthy diet helps maintain/lose weight, exercising is always a plus! just stick with it and i'm positive you'll get to your goal! good luck (:

edit!:

yes i know it REALLY is hard to resist junk food! but if you put your mind to it, think about your goal when you eye that bag of chips, i'm positive you'll be able to resist its attractive forces! if you are planning to eat junk food, remember to look at the nutrition bar at the back and check for the amounts per serving--that's really important! because sometimes, let's say a bottle of soda could be 2 servings!. that means instead of consuming 110 calories, you're actually consuming 220! just grab a small handful and drink plenty of water afterward!Www@FoodAQ@Com
