This grill is a heavy commercial grill that was seasoned before the first use and has not been since!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I think just spray a kind of pam oil spray or any type of oil base spray and then add the panni you don't want the butter or oil to burn in on the grill or you'll have a big mess to clean and the smell won't be good either Www@FoodAQ@Com

what ever you′d use for a grilled american sanwich!.panini is ust the italian word for sanwich!.sanwich=panino!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

oil will stop it sticking and butter will give it a crisp golden finish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
