You can start cooking the side dishes except mash potatoes and yams!.
If you cook up a dessert like Pumpkin Pie after it cools cover it and put it in the fridge due to water that forms on top of the pie when it sits at room temperature creating mold in only a couple of days time!. If you want a good recipe for cranberries is 1 package of cranberries to 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water!. Boil water and sugar!. Add cranberries and simmer until cranberries start to pop, remove from heat let cool best if served cold!. Very easy and tasty sweet and tart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually start with the pies first, then do prep for everything else!.!.!.Peel potatoes, cut them up and place in a bowl of water in the fridge, wash, peel and cut all veg's (celery, carrots, onions!.!.!.etc)!. Anything to make it easier for the actual day!. You'd be surprised how much the prep helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
