Answers:
Store bought is pasteurized for sure!. Home made isn't, but I have had some Coquito, which is a raw eggnog type of drink, but it has rum in it so I'm not sure if this will kill anything!.!.!.!.!.besides brain cells!. I say, enjoy life, if you listen to every single thing you would sit in your house with a candle lit reading a book and never come out!. Happy Thanksgiving!. Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The store bought stuff is pasteurized or at least it should be!. If not they're taking a heck of a chance to get sued by someone if they get sick!.
If you want to make it at home just use frozen egg beaters or whole eggs!. both are pasteurized!.

If it's not pasturized and contains raw eggs, each egg carries a 1 in 10000 chance to contain Salmonella!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
