Ok, I'm addicted to sweet drinks?!
I always find myself craving for something sweet and cold to drink!. I control my sugar intake, I don't snack on candies and foods high in sugar often!. But for some reason, I always prefer to drink something that is not water!. Anything from soft drinks to fruit juice!. As long as its sweet (and cold)!. Is there anything wrong with me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, there is nothing wrong with you!. You might want to try making some Crystal Light flavored drink mix to cut down on the sugar!. Another option would be water with lemon or lime added!. I love cold drinks, too!. However, I load up on the ice and drink lots of water and water with lemon for variation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Seeing as how cold turkey is never fun:
Substitute for something healthy: brew some green tea, add some honey, then pour it over ice!. If you want zero calories, use stevia to sweeten!. Either way the green tea boosts metabolism and is much healthier than soda!. Or brew your favorite herbal tea in the same way!.
If you have to drink juice, go for OJ or apple!. Neither from concentrate and both should be 100% juice (organic would be best)!. Still, always read the ingredients!. If there's corn syrup, leave it on the shelf at the store!. If it's not in the house, you won't drink it!.
If you want to help yourself quit the corn syrup consumption, educate yourself on what those high sugar drinks do to your body over a long period of time!.

Of course there's nothing wrong with you!. Everyone has certain cravings!. Some people crave chocolate and others crave donuts!. Its just part of who you are!. Well in the long run there will always be wrong, because you will be prone to diabetes!. Refrain from soft drinks and ready to drink juices why not make your own juices extracted from fresh fruits, its much better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
