You should be grounded little girl!
The cheese should be fine!.!.!. milk is iffy!.
However, the milk is in a sealed container and pasteurized so it should be fine!. It may not keep as long as a properly refrigerated jug of milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to ask yourself : How long has it been warm
The longer it stays warm (above 5 degrees C), the more bacteria can (and will) multiply!. The warmer it gets, the faster bacteria will multiply!. If the milk/cheese is still reasonably cold, it *should* still be ok!. Although, I wouldnt risk selling it to the public!
However, it wont last as long now as it would have if kept below 5 degrees CWww@FoodAQ@Com
