Anyone else eat rice every day?!
I eat a plate of rice for my main meal every day!.!.!. i have it with a tomato pasta sauce and sometimes add mushrooms, peppers, cheese etc!.!.!.!. people think its quite bizarre, but i never get bored of it, and i love the fact that a cup of uncooked rice, creates a whole meal that keeps me full for hours!!.!.!.!.!.!. i think its a superfood!

I love rice, especially basmati rice!. I eat it more than i eat potatoes, although not every day!. I have it with curry, i have it with chicken in white wine and onion sauce, and i like to boil it, drain it, then toss it in a wok where ive already cooked onion,mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and salmon!.

I eat it not daily, but very often!. I am of Indian heritage, so I usually have it with spiced lentils, or vegetable curry, sometimes cooked with peas!. I like to make stir fried rice from leftovers!. It's also good combined with ground beef and stuffed into cabbage leaves (Eastern European type dish) or into grape leaves (Turkish or Greek cuisine)! I love rice too, I don't care if some people think it's evil!. :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
i never get bored of it either i like the smaller grain types that tend to come out in lumps when cooked with just a little oil!.
how ever its easy to get malnutrition on a rice rich diet on account of the pick me up you get from all that starch and salts in it!.
i recommend tossing in half a cup of dark lentils in it when it's half done!.
for added protein and iron!.
and top it off with some plain yogurt and shredded cucumbers

OMG i love rice and im from korea so we have a lot of dishes like!.!.!.!.we sometimes put slices of smoked -ham ,rice, carrots,onions,spices,soy sauce and other ingredients

Yes it is! Asians eats it twice a day!.!.!. Lunch and dinner, and sometimes for breakfast too!.!. (rice is best for breakfast)
