Which of these would be the healthiet lunch?!


Question: Which of these would be the healthiet lunch!?
im not really worried about the calories!.!.!. i just want to know which would be the healthiest and why!?

Lunch 1: Almond butter sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread and 2 tbsp almond butter) - 400 calories
and 1 cup of grapes - 60 calories

Lunch 2: Turkey and lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread (1 whole wheat sandwich roll, 2 slices turkey, 3 pieces of lettuce) -180 calories
1 serving almonds- 170 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories

Lunch 3: Homemade fried rice (1 cup brown rice, 2/3 cup peas, 1 egg, 1 tbsp soy sauce) [NO OIL ADDED] - 330 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories

Lunch 4: Peanutbutter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread (2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp peanutbutter, 1 medium banana) - 510 calories

Lunch 5: Cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (3 slices fat free cheese and 2 slices whole wheat bread) - 290 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories
1 serving almonds- 170 calories

which is the healthiest and why!?
if none of them are, what would you recommened for a healthy lunch!?

I would say lunch 2, since it has the most variety!. If you like tomatoes or cheese, you could add that as well!. Even a little lite mayonaise would be alright!. Healthy food is no fun unless it tastes good, so if you like the taste of some cheese or mayonaise on your sandwich, in moderation it's okay!. Plus, the wheat and almonds will give your good carbs and grains for energy!. You have the lean meat, and lettuce for veggies!. Grapes are very healthy too! Top it off with a glass of milk for calcium if you like!.
