Cranberries lemon tarts?!


Question: Cranberries lemon tarts!?
i make terrible crust!. can i make a tart using that tub of sugar cookie dough!? will i put the fruit right onto the uncooked crust or would i bake the crust first!? shall i pinch the cookie dough a little thinner than a cookie!? not pie crust thin, but perhaps just snap cookie thin!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that would be worth a try!. Why not!.
I would make them thinner than cookie as you suggest!.
But it is an interesting idea!.
Let us know how they came out!?
Maybe!? Try baking them in a non stick muffin pan to form a cup!. I would not pre bake the dough!. Just a thought!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
