Answers:
Eat a lot of fresh veggies, fresh fruit and lean meat like turkey breast and lean roast beef!. Stay away from junk food, things in a box or can!. As long as you eat fresh and trim the fat from your meat, which you should broil, not fry, you should be able to eat all you want without being hungry!. Don't overeat!. Just eat until you feel satisfied!. Avoid too much dairy and bread but you need a little of both!.

Perhaps whole wheat cereal in the morning!. One serving with a piece of fruit!.!.!.Turkey sandwich for lunch, go easy on mayo!.!.!.again a piece of fruit!. Eat a piece of meat about the size of a deck of cards, two nice different colored, veggies and some type of side like pasta, rice or potatoes!. Go easy here,,,only a half cup of these!.!.you can have a whole cup of green veggies!. But only about a half cup of the others!. Choose fruit again for a snack!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make yourself a huge salad with lots of protein!. Think boneless skinless chicken breast, hard boiled egg slices or shrimp!. Add tons of fresh veggies and a light vinaigrette dressing!.
Start the day with a GOOD breakfast!. If you don't, you will feel starving and lightheaded all day!. Try oatmeal with low fat milk or poached eggs with cottage cheese!.
You can do it! Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can eat anything!. It's all portion control!. If you are going to eat cheese and crackers only eat 1 or 2 and eat lowfat or fatfree crackers and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

apples are full of fibre and fill you up and I would go back to your doctor and ask them for diet sheets or ask to see a dietician they will be only to happy to help good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
