Not very many people know this, but cake mix actually comes from the cake horse which is native to southeast Asia!. Tragically, w/ the growing success of companies like Betty Crocker and Pillsbury, the cake horse is being hunted to near extinction!. You don't hear about this b/c most PETA members love cake!. Its an outrage!!! Most people would have you believe that cake mix is made from flour which is made from wheat or other grains and sugar which comes from the sugar cane!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cake mixes are formed of ingredients that come (for the most part) from!.!.!.Plants (wheat for the flour, and various seasonings from various plants)

Cake mixes will usually require the use of animal "by products" in the way of milk and eggs when they are assembled for the oven!.!.!.!.
