Right now it's 3 p!.m and I haven't eaten since about 9 or 10 in the morning!. Right now I feel really sick and dizzy! Why do I feel this way!?! Like every time I am hungry like this I feel like throwing up, I am light headed and dizzy, and I feel like I have a little fever!. Answers:
Absolutely!. When you get hungry, your blood sugar levels start to drop, which is why you feel so low on energy (dizzy)!. To prevent this, eat 6 small meals throughout the day, as opposed to three large meals!. also, carry some nuts or crackers in your purse in case you start to get hungry in between meals!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Totally normal, I tend to feel the same way!. If you have to eat but don't have time for a whole meal, I find that protein like a beef stick or a small package of jerky helps that sick, dizzy feeling go away!. (Cheese helps too but I'm lactose intolerant and I avoid the stuff like the plague!.) If you're okay with lactose, though, the cheese and beef together on crackers might be a perfect fix until lunch or dinner time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your blood sugar has probably dropped too low!. When you eat it goes back up again and your symptoms disappear!. Try eating every 2-3 hrs!. But, don't more than 5 hrs between eating and be sure to eat a balance diet!.
