Answers:
Mold normally has to a damp surface to grow on, if you keep things that do not have moisture in them in a dry area they will keep for a long time!. Dried fruit does not have moisture in it!.

I have seen a white mold in areas that are dry, I was told that in order for that to happen there had to be moisture, I do not know if that is so!? I do know that jerky will keep for a very, very, very, very long time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They may or may not grow mold over time, but they will go stale!. If you don't think you will be eating the granola soon, freeze it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes they can, if in an air tight container i would just check for visible mold!. I would say they are good for a couple weeks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
