they are the same as far as nutrition, the only difference is that brown eggs are from different breeds of chickens, the majority of commercial chickens are those that lay white eggs, people that do marketing have the majority of the people believing the brown egg is better in nutrition than the white egg and it should cost more but in reality they the same just different breeds of chickensWww@FoodAQ@Com
Neither is better for you!. The only difference is that they come from a different subspecies of chicken!. People just market the brown ones as being healthier to charge more for them!.
The best eggs are from small farms (try to find a farmer's market and buy there)!. I've even seen some of my local farmers selling blue chicken eggs from a European "Banta" hen that only lays 3 months of the year!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
