Well, for a healthy meal (and the kids really can't tell the difference!), go to your freezer isle in your nearest Wal-mart and look for Boca hamburgers/cheeseburgers and/or chicken patties!. The catch (and why they're so healthy)!? It's all soy-protein!. And your kids couldn't tell the difference! (mine can't)

All you do is slit the pouch they come in and stick in the microwave for a minute thirty!. thats it! Easy, tasty, and healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A quick easy meal I like to whip up for my kids is simply comprized of farting in a jam jar!. Place in fridge and leave to cool!. Whilst waiting for this to cool, wrap up your penis in a plastic carrier bag and secure by tieing in a knot!. Proceed by hammering the penis into a mush using a rolling-pin!. Take your fart jar out of the fridge and remove lid!. As fast as you can manage, drain your mashed penis into the jar(s)!. Do this without inhaling the farticles!. Now shake the mixture beig carefull not to lose grip of the jar!. The outcome would be hurrendous if you were to throw the rancid mix onto your kitchen walls!. Trust me!. Now its time to bake your turd pie!. Simply **** inside a ready-made puff pastry pie case!. Cover with yesterdays diahhera!. (Thats why its always good to have a tub in your fridge)!. Remove from oven when you can slide a scewer into the centre of the pie and it comes out clean!. Or simply take the pie out of the oven when you can smell ****!. Allowing the shitty filling to bubble over the edges of the crust gives the dish an attractive rustic quality!.

A quick desert is rice-shitty-cakes!. Grease ten individual fairy cake sized paper cases with a greasey bollock!. Then dunk your scrotum inside your ****-hole!. Simply scrape the solid flakes trapped in your pubic-hairs into the paper cases!.

As always, you can finish each dish with a garnish of a pupic hair!. And a scoop or two of ****!.

Wash down with a nice big pitcher of hot piss!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most children like mad and cheese and almost any simple pasta dish!.!.for instance my mother used to make this when we were kids and we all loved it!.!.
dice one onion and begin to fry gently in a large frying pan or a saute pan, when it begins to brown add a pound!.!.or half a kilo of ground beef or lamb or pork and stir it gently to brown, then add two tins of chopped tomatoes,a good pinch of dried herbs and a pinch of black pepper, bring to the boil and then cover and simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes whilst you cook the pasta!. Drain the cooked pasta and pour it into the sauce, stir them together and serve with a dish of grated cheese!. For a simple vegetarian option use three sliced carrots in place of the meat and at the end of the cooking time add a handful or two of thawed or tinned green beans and heat through before adding the pasta!.
Take four chicken wings per child, discard the tips and cut the wings into two pieces, place in a roasting tin with tin of chopped tomatoes, a pinch of herbs and a couple of drops of Tabasco or a small pinch of chili powder; roast for twenty to twenty fine minutes at 160 deg!.c!. and serve with rice or fries and salad!.
Most children enjoy poached or dry fried eggs on toast with baked beans; tinned spaghetti on toast, ravioli on toast or with a baked potato and grated cheese!.!.and if you chop up a selection of raw veggies and serve them with a simple dip!.!.a couple of spoons of yogurt mixed with a spoon or mayo and a dash of lemon juice!.!.they tend to get eaten even by the kids who have been taught that they do not like vegetables!.
With fussy eaters!.!.sometimes it helps if they are involved in the preparation of the food, sometimes it is just a matter of keeping things simple!.!.soup and sandwiches for instance will give you a wide choice of actual flavours and fillings at a reasonable price!.!.and if you are going to give a fussy eater something new to them then invite them to taste the various ingredients!.!.where suitable, as you prepare the food for them!.
Baked potatoes are always a good fall back, with beans, ravioli, cheese, ham in a cheese sauce, and with the centres scooped out, mashed and mixed with corned beef ( the tinned variety) then this mixture piled back into the skins and either cheese or beans over the top after a couple of minutes reheating if needed!.
If the fussy eaters are really a problem then teach them about food,,get half a dozen apples of different varieties and let them try a slice of each, you can do the same with cheese, ham, salamis and even potatoes and lettuce!.!.it will require some patience from you but they will find things they do like even though they previously dis!.liked them, simply because it is a different variety!.!.and you will get to know what they will eatWww@FoodAQ@Com
