I used to make a shake with 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla Slim-Fast, 1 banana, and 1 cup frozen strawberries, but not anymore!. Now, I make the following omelet:
3 egg whites (sometimes a yolk if I'm not having much cholesterol later in the day)
1 thick slice onion, diced
2 thick slices red pepper, diced
2 thick slices green pepper, diced
1/2 Roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and shredded
1 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
1 slice all natural whole wheat bread (only need one, 'cause it's sliced thick)
-Pour olive oil onto a small pan, use napkin to spread until pan is evenly covered!. Heat on low!.
-Meanwhile, place onions, peppers, and tomato in an 8-ounce ramekin, fill the rest of the way with spinach so you have 1 cup of veggies total!. stir to mix the veggies!.
-Crack each egg on the side of a bowl, split shell in half, and separate the yolk from the white so only the white goes into the bowl!. Pour about half of the veggie mixture into the eggs and whisk with a fork until eggs are bubbly!.
-Pour egg mixture into pan, spread if necessary, and let cook until when you touch the egg 1 inch from the outside, it leaves no white residue on your finger!. Pour remaining veggies on top, salt to taste, and fold in half with a spatula or buttterknife!. Meanwhile, pop your toast in the toaster!. If you like your toast dark, then the omelet should be done at the same time as the toast!. If you like your toast light, give the omelet an extra couple of minutes after the toast is done!.
-Place omelet on top of toast and enjoy!
On Thanksgiving, since I wanted to eat very little before dinner (and a TON at dinner!), I just had 1 cup nonfat yogurt with 1 cup strawberries, mixed in a blender!. It was surprisingly filling for 160 calories! I still prefer my omelet on most days, though!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

what i eat for breakfast is sometimes different things like pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, grits, toast, but i have to watch out cause it will cause you some pounds of weight, but if your are the kind of person that does not gain weight so fast than go ahead and just enjoy yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
usualy a slice of toast with a subtle low fat spread on it and then marmite on top of that washed down with a tall glass of pure orange juice!. I take some jaffa cakes with me to work so incase I get peckish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh fruit juice (never from concentrate) or fruits!. Rarely do I eat wholegrain toasts with feta, muesli with milk or crepes with home-made jam!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
