What would happen to mozzarella at 502 degrees Celsius?!
Answers:
Funny you should ask this as i happen to have been conducting a series of cheese heating experiments in professional British made kilns using high quality British Cheese!. Inferior quality Mozzarella and German cheeses simply disintegrate at these temperatures whereas British Cheeses become case hardened and thus produce a material suitable for fabricating BMW cars!. In tests I found that BMWs with engines made from case hardened cheese take almost twice as long to blow the head gasket as the standard BMW engine!. Thus BMW could produce cars capable of up to 100 miles without requiring a replacement engine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I guess its to late Penfoldius extended the series of tests and stumbled upon British cheese which is basically indigestible when eaten straight from the Cheese shop!.!.!.!.!. but if you apply the H?lderlin principle by heating the stuff to 502,00001°C it will case harden to the stability of like lets say ahem!.!.!. burp "Krupp Stahl"!.

It would be baked onto the oven (or wherever the heat originated), and never come off!. There would be no sign of cheese, but the smell would hang out forever!.
