Which is worse for you: regular soda or diet soda?!


Question: Which is worse for you: regular soda or diet soda!?
I have an argument with my boyfriend about this!.!.!. he thinks diet is worse because he says the chemicals/ artificial sweetener that they put into it to make it taste like the real thing will harm you in the long run, but I think regular is worse because of all of the calories and sugar that's in it!. Diet soda, due to some chemicals in them!. I went to a party in florida and a doctor told me not to drink diet soda!. He said your better of drinking one regular a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

diet soda has aspertane which makes the body retain water!. diet has more chemicals which is bad but regular soda has corn syrup which is highly processed!. (no good either) Both are carbinated which is bad!. We are not meant to digest carbonated stuff!. I have had 2 ddoctors tell me soda is number 2 behind smoking for bad!. Alcohol is better for you in moderation !.!.!.!.unless of course its beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

regular soda is worse because all the calories and sugar can lead to other problems like weight gain, which can lead to high blood pressure, diabetes, and so many other health related problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
