First of all, don't listen to the one who says that after age 18, you shouldn't drink dairy! That is the craziest thing I have ever heard of!

Girls & woman especially need dairy for the prevention of osteoperosis in their old age!. The calcium will help build strong teeth & bones!.

I think your drinking habits are just fine and considering what most people are drinking daily, your habits are perect! A great balance of milk, water & juice gives you all the vitamins & nutrients you need for optimal health!.

Is is also good that you drink 2% rather than whole milk because you don't need the additional fat that whole milk contains!. If yoou are concerned with weight gain, I would say just substitute 1/2 percent or skim milk (blah not my preference) for the 2% a few times to reduce your fat intake!

Good job for drinking healthy & being concerned with yourself!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a child the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend 1 quart of milk a day at a minimum!.

Milk is good for your bones, and brain!. Just make sure you're getting plenty of exercise so that you can burn some of those extra fat calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try to lay off the milk!. Yes it contains calcium, but it also contains fat!. Milk doesn't mix well with foods when it's in your stomach and gut so if you see yourself getting quite phlegmy and spotty, that's why!. You don't NEED the milk!. Just drink water instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Milk is good for you and contains lots of essential minerals and vitamins!. It is also good a good source of calcium, essential for healthy bones!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

well milk can give you kidney stones which i s a large buildup of calcium and you have to pass them(pee em out) or have surgey to get it removed!.But they build strong bones teeth and hair so its your choiceWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you are over the age of 18 you are not supposed to have any dairy as it can do more harm than good-but if you are under 18 then it is good for you as your bones and teeth need the calcium!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not bad to drink that much!. But, consider that milk - even fat-free milk - is very high in carbohydrates!. So, it can be fattening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Milk is probably better for your than the bottle of wine which I normally consume every day lol Www@FoodAQ@Com
