Today I have had to eat..?!
I am trying to eat healthier, but feel like I really blew it today with all the snacking and extras (salad dressing, bbq sauce, hot sauce) what do you think!?
I've had!.!.!.
2 mint brussells, pepperidge farm cookies
1 whole wheat tortilla stuffed w/ black beans, corn, spinach and onions, ate with hot sauce
1 small salad (romaine lettuce, 1/4 cucumber, 1 carrot, onion, and goat cheese), ate with light salad dressing
2 crispy chicken strips dipped in ranch/ketchup/bbq sauce
1 small order of curly fries from jack in the box
I have only drank water, but am hungry again!!!!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a highly successful high-school athlete!. Here are the foods that are 1) proven to be good for you and help you be in shape and lose weight, and 2) I eat!.
1- tuna
2- protein shakes
3- meal replacement shakes like "boost" or "ensure"
4- yogurt
5- whole milk
6- various fruits and vegetables, obviously
7- pomegranate, blueberry, acai, cranberry are all really healthy and make great juices
8- brussels sprouts
9- any type of beans
10- oatmeal
11- "Kashi" brand high-protein "go lean" cereal w/ wholemilk
12- power bars, nature valley bars, Clif bars
13- gatorade and vitamin water (IF you are exercising that day, drink it about an hour before and some after)
14- eggs, fish, chicken, turkey, venison (deer)= good meat
Now, some other things you should know:
The key to losing weight isn't as much of what you eat, as it is how much you exercise!. If you run hard, do endurance runs, play a hard sport like bball or soccer, lift weights, and shock the body!.!.!. you will be in shape even if you eat alot of crap!.
also, it isn't how MUCH food you eat!. YOU SHOULD NEVER DEPRIVE YOURSELF OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FOOD!.
The key is to not eat any unhealthy foods!.

you wanna know what I eat!? btw I can run a 5:30 mile, do 400 sit-ups fast, 27 pullups, 130 pushups, squat twice my weight, sprint a 4!.7 40, bench 1!.5 times my weight, I have 6% bodyfat!.!.!. need I go on!?
For breakfast:
3 organic eggs over easy
protein shake
organic blueberry oatmeal with WHOLE milk (natural fat helps in muscle recovery, brain function, athletic performance, and sleep)
also, take a multi-vitamin and a calcium pill with a tall glass of water!. YOU SHOULD BE STUFFED THIS IS GOOD, ITS ONLY BREAKFAST! YOU WILL BURN IT OFF!
1st small snack before lunch:
nature valley bar, and either gatorade, vitamin water, or water
2nd small snack b4 lunch:
power bar, and lots more water!.
lunch:
6" tuna sub from subway, on whole wheat bread, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, and parmesan cheese!.!.!. a milk!.!. and lots of water!.
snack after lunch (in school, this is middle of 7th period):
small amount of fruit, and small amount of either vegetable juice or an "ensure"/"boost" energy shake!. This gives you NATURAL SUGARS and energy for your workout!.
THEN YOUR WHOLE GIANT WORKOUT!. YOU WILL FEEL ENERGIZED FOR IT!. DO IT!.
after the workout, dinner:
organic homemade grilled chicken parmesan with eggplant and zucchini, parmesan cheese on top!.!.!.!.!.!.!. good-sized salad WITH A HOT PEPPER GROUND UP IN IT, TO KEEP METABOLISM FAST!.!.!. and some water and pomegranate, grape, blueberry, apple, or carrot juice!.
before bed snack (should be an hour and a half before):

Okay; cookies aren't usually the best things to have because they're too small for the number of calories they possess!.
And salad dressing isn't the best thing, even if it's light!.
Plus, you don't seem to eat alot of fruits!. If you haven't noticed:

You might have a big appetite, what worked for me was drinking green tea!. It quenched my thirst and kinda filled my stomach at the same time!.
also, eating more whole wheat bread and grains fills well!.

Hot sauce is fat free!. It seems like all you really ate was a large lunch and a snack!. No wonder you're hungry! Find some fruit or more veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
