Wouldnt it make sense to eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner?!

Question: Wouldnt it make sense to eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner!?
becoz if u eat the biggest meal first then u have all day for the food to digest and be burnt off and then have a light meal at dinner time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
that is true, and is a big issue which many people agree with!.
its just that we cant go and change all peoples traditions becos we want to change meal times!.
if you like that, then do it for yourself!. i actually recommend it!.
i do it ;)

i also eat 3 small snacks during the day!. basically 6 small meals!. smallest at dinner!. largest in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast is the biggest meal of the day, you break fast after sleeping all night long!.

lunch (noon time) is the meal where you eat the second largest meal of the day, to keep the engine running!.

supper or dinner as you call it is the smallest, since you don't need to burn calories while you are at rest!.

it doesn't matter if you eat lasagna for breakfast or cereal for supper as long as you keep meal proportions for each meal!.

It doesn't matter what order you eat your meals as your body use up a certain amount calories and will use these calories regardless of when you eat or how much at a sitting its only if you eat more than you need that you put on weight you could eat the majority of your calorie intake in one go an hour before bed an d it wouldn't make any difference as long as you stick to your daily limitWww@FoodAQ@Com

thats true but some breakfast meals are huge like if you make five stack pancakes or three big ones or a french toast scrambled eggs bacon or sausage and hash browns Www@FoodAQ@Com

that does make sense and some ppl do thatWww@FoodAQ@Com
