Answers:
I agree with Sonora!. Fish is a great food to eat even while pregnant!. In the past, many doctors have told pregnant women to avoid fish due to the risk of mercury poisoning, but recently it has been found that the risk of mercury poisoning is extremely low and the rewards from eating fish, which aids in fetal brain development, far outweigh it!. Never eat any raw or undercooked fish or meats while pregnant!. You should also avoid soft and/or moldy cheeses and soft serve ice cream!. I have not heard the peanut butter thing before, but my guess is that you are hearing this due to the increase in childhood peanut butter allergies!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
